Building on a foundation of Jivamukti Yoga, this class invigorates, challenges and warms the heart. Athletic and dynamic training at a ballet barre. Targeting the most beloved parts of the body; barre helps to tone the legs, define arms, shape the booty, tighten the abdominals and obtain flexibility in the shortest amount of time. With the help of weights, training balls, intensity bands and a high energy playlist this is a workout designed for everyone. Guaranteed to make you shake, sweat and smile.
HYT, developed by Dinah Rodrigues, is a natural and holistic approach to reactivate hormone production. It helps to manage the symptoms of menopause as well as PMS, polycystic ovaries, irregular periods, anxiety, depression, acne and hypothyroidism. Women with infertility problems have also seen benefits as a result of a regular practice of hormone yoga. It is a healthy alternative to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and beneficial for all women of all ages.

I lived in New York City for 15 years. NY was fun and fast and FASHIONABLE (I worked in this industry for 20+ years). I loved it. Then an opportunity to move to Germany (random I know but I am ½ German) presented itself and I jumped (literally) and took a leap of faith. Leaving behind my beloved big apple, my friends, my family hoping for… something… change… I guess? Well I got it.
Shortly after moving to Munich, I did the unthinkable and left the only career I knew. I packed up my bags and took off for Africa (doesn’t everyone go on a safari by themselves?) Africa was really good to me. Africa gave me the space and time to think. Think about what I wanted out of life. What felt rewarding, what brought joy. What did I want from the world, what did I want to give the world. Traveling, visiting friends and making time for yoga were just a few things at the top of my list. As a birthday present to myself in 2017 (both big…present and birthday), I embarked on a yoga teacher training in India, marking the beginning of a brand new chapter…
Shortly after completing Jivamukti Teacher Training with Sharon Gannon in Mahastra, India I began teaching in Munich at various studios. I subsequently completed a Barre Fusion Teacher Training with Tanja Krodel in Munich as well as a Hormone Yoga Teacher Training with Dinah Rodrigues in Prague, Czech Republic. In 2020, I received my Pilates Teaching Certification with Anja Riesenberg in Munich.
Challenging classes with a soft approach. Creative, inspiring and surprising. My intention is to create an escape that allows everyone to have their “own time”. Time away from work, family and life. Time to draw inward, finding a center and a balance so that everyone may walk away feeling lighter, more focused and gently energized. All classes integrate creative sequences with music.
